• Your posts and photos are visible only to members of your own club, never other clubs on the platform.
• Photos have location (GPS/EXIF) metadata removed before storage.
• Live location during an outing is shared only with that outing's confirmed attendees, only while you opt in. It is never stored, and disappears when the outing ends.
• Affiliate link clicks are logged (which item, which club, optionally which member) to operate the store.
• Your profile ZIP code is used to suggest clubs and outings near you and to plan communications by area. It is stored with your account, never shown to other members, and deleted when you delete your account. Matching happens on our own servers using a built-in ZIP location table, so it is never sent to an outside service.
• You can request export or deletion of your data by contacting your club admin.
• Necessary cookies keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your ZIP code is not stored in a cookie.
